(1) According to Sections 36, 37, and 38, the compensation to be paid by the permit holder shall be determined within fifteen days from the date of such work and notification shall be given to the concerned person.
(2) The amount of compensation to be given according to sub-section (1) should be reasonable and appropriate.
(3) A person who is not satisfied with the amount of compensation determined in accordance with sub-section (1) may file an application with the authority within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the notification, along with the reasons. The decision of the authority on such an application will be final.
